I feel elevated. I feel straighter, taller, as if I’ve somehow grown an inch or two. I feel parts of myself forgotten, or maybe never known before in this lifetime. I feel infinite divine love, for myself, for my friends, family, community, for the world. It is a powerful, overwhelming feeling and I cry. I feel strong, alive. I feel connected, a feeling that reaches deeply inwards and expands vastly outwards. I feel comfortable in my body. I feel focused. I feel lifted. I feel liberated. I feel renewed. I feel not alone.
