Today I offer you a Singing Bowl and Gong Sound Meditation created with the intention of holding a space to cleanse and re-charge.
The first half of the sound journey stirs up energy so that it may move, encourages us to empty out, to let go, releasing all that has come to pass. All that is past and now gone.
The second half of the journey transitions a space in which one may simply be a vibratory being, soaking in all the energy and vibrations, charging.
