This recording is a prayer for humanity, a prayer that I invite you to join in. This is a prayer for all those who are suffering. A prayer that every single being may experience peace and love and understanding. Will you join me in wishing this?
We hurt because we are disconnected, alienated from the lands that birthed us, and, each other. We hurt because we forgot our deep connection to all of life. Now only a thin membrane separates us from a vast an ocean of sadness and grief that has been gathering for centuries, gathering for much of the course of Western civilisation. So if from time to time you are swamped by the rising tides, know that you are not alone, and that the sadness and grief of this time is not just yours, not just mine, but the cumulative grief of a civilisation that has been hurting for centuries.
Now is the time for us to remember. We are all in this together. If one of us is hurting we are all hurting because we are not seperate. We are not isolated. We are all in this together, we always have been, and we always will be.
