How are you travelling? I hope this recording may bring some sweetness, ease and release where ever you are at right now.
As the moon shadows the sun may we all sink into the depths and the darkness, relaxing into surrender. May we shine forth with the reemergence of the sun more enriched, clarified, illuminating, radiance and generous for having entered into process with our unfolding.
This recording comes from my new home, on Djab wurrong country, in my Wimmera roots. It’s delightful to be able to welcome you there through this recording, introducing you to the birds and the wide open spaces.
I hope that whatever part of our collective healing you are working through right now you know you are not alone. For me, the eclipse has been playing out through some very old ways of being, thinking, of perceiving the world arising to be seen, tended and integrated. There have certainly been some very painful moments in the witnessing and entering the core of the feelings and sensations, I am grateful to them for they are gifts, a chance to tend to what needs tending to, so that new sprouts may freely grow as the heart desires, free from the constraints of old cages I built trying to keep myself safe.
